All crash protectors have been tested not only in house but on track by the British superbike riders that we sponsor each year, and with sponsoring these guys we know our products are more than up to the job.
Custom designed for each model bike that are CNC machined and water jet cut from the highest grade materials available to date on the market.

MGS Performance Engineering are a proud sponsor of racers in the British Superbike Series, working back and forth with these guys we are able to get feedback from our products and how they have performed in the event of an accident.
From this we can evaluate our products strengths and weaknesses and provide an end result that will work in most common everyday practices, protecting your bike as it should.
Bobbins have been impact tested to insure they do meet the necessary standard required, we use high tensile steel bolts that are designed to bend and not break.
The video shows a 50 kg weighted bar dropped from a height of 1.1 meters, this resulting in the high tensile bolt bending and not cracking or snapping off. Bobbin has a slight impact mark, which is more than capable of withstanding this force.
