UK Delivery
We offer standard delivery on all orders using Second Class Signed For Royal Mail post. This method of postage is not time specific but we aim to have your items delivered to you within 5 working days. There is no tracking available with this method, however we do ask for proof of posting and obtain a signature on delivery.
If any item is lost in the post, we always obtain your signature and proof of posting and therefore always attempt to claim compensation through Royal Mails system, although the maximum claimable amount is £50. This can take up to 30 days to be processed.
Change/Amend Orders
If you wish to amend or change your order it may not be possible on the day of dispatch. Please contact me and I will do my best to help.
BFPO Addresses
These orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and may be subject to delays therefore your parcel may arrive after our target of five days.
Correct Address/Postcodes
We will deliver to an address and postcode as entered on the order and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
International Postage
Shipping to European addresses is £9.99 for the first item and £1.99 for each additional item in the same parcel. International postage is just £14.99 and £4.99 for each additional item in the same parcel. Delivery arrival times differ for each country but this will be advised before posting.
