MGS Performance Engineering takes great pride in providing an excellent customer satisfaction product. However, if for any unknown reason this product is faulty or damaged upon receiving the item. It should be returned back to our headquarters for inspection. Items that have been modified or tampered with other than the manufacturing instructions, MGS PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING will not be liable at its discretion to refund any such warranty. Items need to be returned within 14 days (recorded delivery) of purchase with reasons why it is being returned. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS. If there is a fault with the product or there is any parts missing, MGS PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING upon thorough inspection will reimburse the customer with either a replacement part or total refund depending on the reasons for the return. MGS P.E. is not liable for causing any deaths or personal injury, it is the consumer’s responsibility to either have these parts fitted by a professional or fit them to a qualified standard.
